April is a rainy month in the Netherlands. It is not raining every day but when it rains it is a heave rain. My wife decided to create a more minimalistic planner for April so she used black only.

A simple zen tangle in black and white can make a page beautiful. All you need is a few pigment liners to create such page. My wife is using a few different ones. On these pages she used Staedtler Pigment Liners.
One word a day
Every month needs an overview just like April. She wanted to keep it simple but still add some decoration so she used some washi tape on the bottom and top.

Week 14
Don’t worry be happy
The weather is not the best but finally we can get out more and cycle. If I look at our geocaching statistics this is the month when we start to go out more. Summer is coming soon or at least the sunny days. We posted over how to use wider washi tapes, please check out that post for some hints.
Week 15
As you can see she used mainly stickers to mark the days. You can find all different planner sticker set in this online store. It is really hard to link to the exact sticker set as we often choose clearance items. Sometimes by the time they arrive they are off the shelves.

A laugh is a smile that bursts

Week 18
We could use an umbrella almost every day in April but after a few years you learn it is just causing more problems. It is windy in the Netherlands so using an umbrella is not that convenient as it looks in rain.
